30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including where and how to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
However, if the item is defective, damaged during transit, incorrect, or has another quality-related issue, Honeycreekholdeings will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the returned item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
